Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

A beach is 20 minutes away by car, the city of Cannes 30 minutes away, and the village of Valbonne 7 minutes away (lively with its shops, restaurants, bars and market). For hikes and visits to medieval villages, the location of the chalet allows you to fully enjoy the region.

Non-fumeur à l'intérieur Ni WiFI ni télévision WC en extérieur ( ont remplacé les toilettes sèches) Clim réversible Relaxation et modelage sonore sur demande.

We offer you this charming 20 m2 chalet with a 70 m2 garden. Sofa bed with 17 cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 km from Boccacabana beach, 5 minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car. There are 2 mountain bikes available. There is a bus 2 minutes away that takes you to Cannes in 15 minutes. We are 5 minutes from the industrial zone.
