Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Lovely loft close to the beach

Luminoso y bonito loft situado en una antigua casa valenciana, en el típico barrio marinero del Cabanyal, reformado recientemente. Habitación principal unida a salón con un pequeño balcón a la calle, cocina completa con acceso a una fantástica y soleada terraza , y cuarto de baño. Lovely loft on the first floor of a typical valencian house, in the ancient fishermen neighborhood, El Cabanyal. It has a bedroom, a large living room with open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace.

Bright and spacious house very close to the beach.

Spacious and very bright house in a privileged enclave: located next to the Marina Real -across a street- and a walk -5 minutes- from the Paseo Marítimo and the beach of "Las Arenas" -area of emblematic restaurants of typical Valencian cuisine-. 5-6 bus stops from the City of Arts and Sciences, and 15 minutes by metro from downtown. The stops for both means of transportation are located in front of the accommodation. The house is registered in the G. V. with registration number VT-39882-V

Amazing Loft close to the Beach. WIFI

Fantástico Loft en el Cabañal cerca de la playa. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Beautiful apartment from 1928, recently renovated. As an architect, I have given it a lot of thought to conserve it taste but yet make it a beautiful place, with all the comfort of a modern house, and the luxury of a small hotel. You can enjoy al fresco in the outdoor patio area. A wall of windows creates a seamless flow between the outside and inside areas. The apartment has a private terrace, and acces to a private building patio, shared with other 3 apartments, with a pool.
