It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home.
