Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautifully restored home in a quaint, friendly neighborhood. This single story 1927 era home is filled with natural light and inviting views of an established city park. It is located within walking distance to Amtrack, downtown shops and restaurants, and a beautiful bike/walking path that follows a winding creek. Merced College, UC Merced, Lake Yosemite and the hospital are a short drive away. Yosemite, Bay Area and the gold country are a 1-2 hours drive away.

Enjoy our clean, cozy, and private studio

Cozy studio for one or two persons (be sure to be specific about how many people is staying at the studio during the booking), makes you feel at home. The Studio is located in East Olive. We have very comfortable full size bed. Studio is close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. UC Merced, and Hospital all within 10 minute driving distance. Pets are welcome but please let me know in advance about them. Book minimum two nights. Book for one night are not accepted

Quiet and serene retreat for families (pets allowed if approved prior to arrival) located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little over a mile from hwy 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

Classic Executive+Lovely Yard+Best Location

A favorite house+location; we restored it years ago for my husband’s parents and it’s where we hope to live out our days as well. Comfortable furnishings+beds, vintage charm+grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+glass block+beautiful front+back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Master w/ CA King, smart TVs+french doors+en-suite bath w/ huge shower+vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+fastest wifi+cable too.
