Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

A countryside lifestyle 1 hour from Manhattan, the NJ beaches, or the Delaware Water Gap. Walk, Bike, fish watch birds and see historical sites where George Washington marched. Senior couple's 2 acre lot among huge trees. The rustic outside of the unit gives way to a comfortable living space on the top floor and the bottom floor is a wide open utility room with a second bath, electric stove, full laundry and a place to store things while in transit or if moving in or out of the area.

Enjoying walking everywhere from town for coffee. To the flat rocks for a swim in the river! We love sharing our little town with you.
