Cottage in Lawrenceville, NJ connected to Rider University. Walking distance to entire campus. 3 miles to The College of New Jersey ( TCNJ ), 6 miles to Princeton, 5 miles to Trenton, City Hall, 4 miles to Hamilton train station. Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. Accessible to public transportation within steps from the home. Transportation to NYC/Weehawken/ Jersey City/Hoboken.

Dragonfly Cottage is a hotel style unit with queen bed on a quiet street on Cape May Island a mile from the beach and town. It is a bright, sunny room with a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, off street parking and screened in porch for having your morning coffee. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Keyless entrance that leads to private apartment upstairs. One queen in bedroom and a huge sofa in the other room that could double as a sleep space in a pinch. Fun balcony that overlooks a lovely yard. Television that has cable and ROKU with many channels, and strong WIFI for computers. Plenty of parking. 15 minutes to Princeton.
