Apartment renovated in 2023, with modern and high-end materials. It sleeps 6 thanks to its three suites (bedrooms + bathrooms). The apartment is spacious and fully air-conditioned. The terrace makes it a unique place. The Bouzaize River flows beneath the terrace and the floor-to-ceiling windows of the living room. In front you can park two cars for free. You can get to downtown Beaune in less than five minutes. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away.
