Perfect place for spring training, golf, shopping and entertainment. Only minutes from the airport, downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Cubs and A's stadiums. Great shopping, restaurants and theaters just across the street. The house is a cozy 4 bedroom with 2 masters. Not large but sufficient for your basic needs. 2 car garage available if you need it. It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.
