Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.

The original features of the residence have been preserved with the built in bed and the traditional fireplace, while a modern kitchen and a bathroom have been added. The total size of the unit is 41m2. The unit has a yard with spectacular water views of Korthi Bay. It has an internal area of 41 m2.
