We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Villa Citadella offers short-term accommodation for business travelers, couples or families on a trip. It is a fully equipped 2+1 space, located on the 3rd floor of a brick house. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Svitavy, near the accommodation you will find bike paths, ponds, a supermarket, a sports hall with a sauna. It is a quiet, stylish accommodation.
