Great location, great location very close to the center ( 10min walk ). But without a driver at the beginning, it can be difficult to get to this place on its own, because the access road ends at the bridge from which you can't see the cottage yet, you should walk about 150m along the path along the river. Everything you need, clean, warm . We were greeted by the parents of the hosts, who were hard to get along with, and we needed a phone call to the host. It's worth noting that there's someone in the cottage all the time, so it's not completely exclusive, which is not a problem because hosts don't bother in any way. I recommend!

What a beautiful place!! The photos do not do justice to this place. Serene, peaceful, beautiful! We went in April 2025! Even though the skiing season was coming to an end, we had a lovely time staying at this place. Ana was super helpful and communicative. The apartment was neat, with a functional kitchen and hot water, electricity, and wifi 24X7. Center of town in a 5 min drive where you can get most of what you need.

This house has everything you need! We spent six nights here during our snowboarding vacation in Mestia, and it was perfect. You'll find all the essentials for cooking, plus a washing machine, heaters, and other necessities. It's warm inside, even when it's freezing cold outside. The location is great for riders — just a few minutes' walk to the ski lift. It takes about 10 minutes downhill to reach the city center, and, of course, a bit more uphill on the way back, but it's no big deal for sporty people. And the amazing views from the bedroom? A great bonus!

We had a great stay here with little kids, exactly like the pictures, they had all amenities including hot water, wifi, etc. We had a couple very minor issues, and we called them and they immediately came over and fixed it. Absolutely worth and more for the price. Definitely recommended.

It was an amazing trip in Georgia. We spent 5 nights in Ketevani's guesthose. The house was really clean and arranged. Absolutely ideal for cuples who like relax in the mountains. Ketevani is very helpful and always responds quickli. Madloba! 😊

We were absolutely delighted with this experience! From the very beginning, communication was simply at the highest level — the hosts responded to messages almost instantly, which was very pleasant. Any issue was resolved quickly and kindly, there was a real concern for guests. I would like to express my special gratitude for your help in finding a home. We were a little confused at first, but the hosts quickly got in touch, explained the route in detail and gave accurate landmarks. Thanks to this, we made it easy and stress-free to get to the place. The house itself was even better than expected. Everything fully corresponded to the photos and description — clean, cozy, very stylishly decorated. You can see that the house is taken care of and thought through every detail. Amenities, appliances, linens — everything was great. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
