The Villa is located in Pollara, a small and quiet village in the northwest of the island, lying on the caldera of an ancient volcano. The property consists of two Aeolian-style houses connected by a large courtyard, in the center of which stands a majestic centuries-old olive tree. In a privileged position, overlooking Filicudi and Alicudi, the sunset sky is tinged with all shades of orange.

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to numerous tourist towns. You will be just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.

The delightful terrace offers breakfast in the morning or a charming dinner at sunset with a sea view. The gazebo, which can be completely closed, allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. It is the perfect place for relaxing and spending time away from the stressful city life. The house is perfect for couples, families, big group , and pets are also welcome. Beaches are only 15 min by car. This is also a perfect place to work remotely.
