Brand new attic of about 85 square meters. Very bright with large windows and a terrace for exclusive use with mountain views of about 25 sqm. It has a large living area with kitchen, air conditioning, breakfast island, sofa bed (double). A large bedroom with air conditioning (with the possibility of an additional single bed) with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find all the basic cooking necessities.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Totally independent, surrounded by nature, with an equipped and fenced garden; built in the nineteenth century with wood and local stone. It was a forge for forging nails, of which the massive stone benches remain. Now renovated with simplicity and respect for traditions, it is equipped with all comforts, including technology!
