The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

Stay opposite the Palazzo Reale, in an elegant apartment with large spaces furnished for comfort and relaxation.
