If you are on a short term visit, a family holiday, or on a business trip, welcome to my modern and charming garden house, a unique place to stay in Timisoara. Surrounded by green gardens, here you will find enjoyment in a modern home, with a soft touch of nature and quality interior design. Garden House is also great for a work-from-home alternative, or for family activities. We are taking great hygiene measures, properly ventilating, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces after each guest.

Mediterranean type new building house

The house is near the main station. Separate building 1.5 Km from the city center. 20 minutes walk. Public transport in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air conditioning system. Separate entrance bedrooms 3 pcs, in the living room there is a double sofa. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's wifi. You don't have to pay for parking. The parking lot is in front of the house, equipped with a camera.

Modern studio close to the city's attractions

The apartment is completely renovated in a modern style, perfect to make your stay in Timisoara more pleasant. It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! Our guests will have access to all amenities of the apartment and we hope they will feel like home.

The flat with balcony is in Szeged city center, in the heart of the city 1 minutes walk from Szechenyi and Karasz square, Feketesas Street in Schäffer Palast. The Flat is 60qm, first floor and has 2 fully furnished rooms bedroom and living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toalet room and wardrobe. Air conditioner can be controlled by phone. Parking: in front of the house.

Található itt lombkorona sétány, kalandpark, tanösvény, szabad strand. Kis házikónk a Maros folyóhoz közel, a lombkorona sétánytól 300 méterre, erdő ölelésében, csendes, nyugodt környezetben, fenyőfák rejtekében bújik meg.

Perfect location: quiet neighborhood, on the bank of the Tisza river, Aquapolis waterpark and thermal spa 5 minutes walk, city center 15-20 minutes walk. New, well-designed guesthouse of the family villa. Central floor heating and cooling. Ideal to 3 adults or 2 adult and 2 smaller kids (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed). This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.
