Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Miami-Dade County

This was a very nice condo. My family and I were so happy to have stayed here. The condo was clean, well equipped with cleaning supplies, vacuum, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster. It felt just like home.

I was able to have a very nice stay in Miami. Daniel's room was very spacious and comfortable and everything was in order. I'm sorry that you actively sent me a message, and rather I couldn't reply. I would like to take care of you the next time I come to Miami. Thank you very much!

Really enjoyed the stay here. The view is amazing! Eduard was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend a chair or two for the veranda and closeable shades for the bedroom. We got along fine without side tables for the bedroom, but they would have been helpful. All-in-all, a great value, comfortable space, and a friendly, helpful host. Thanks!

John was a fantastic host and the unit itself was immaculate. Very clean and spacious with a huge comfortable bed to sleep on. The inside is all up to date and beautifully designed. Feels like your own studio apartment with private access. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly suggest anybody traveling in the area to stay here!

The accommodation is located near Brickell, just a few blocks away on foot. The area is quiet and has some restaurants and a nearby supermarket. It’s important to respect the free parking spots or pay for parking if needed. The space is small but cozy, with a practical kitchen. The best part is the bed—it’s very comfortable.

We liked our stay - clean and lots of space for us, kids watched Netflix in the evenings. Didn't try cooking. Never heard or saw neighbors or the host. Wish there was a washing machine, but we knew there wasn't one.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Beatriz’s is such a great host, her and her daughter did a great job making sure we got to the bnb okay, gave complementary water and snacks, constantly and quickly messaged the first few days to check in. They gave great recommendations for places to see, eat, do, and shop. Such helpful people, who let us stay at a nice home that looked like the photos. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Bryant was easy going and a very friendly and responsive guy. He always answered our queries immediately. We were very happy with Bryant.

This house is in a great location, accessible but also private and peaceful. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. If I am in the area I will book this house again. It was a great stay!

I recently stayed at Nolia’s place while recovering from surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what I needed for my recovery. The host was thoughtful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed, from extra pillows to easy access for any mobility issues. The peaceful atmosphere and cozy amenities and supplies that helped me feel right at home, and the location was convenient for follow-up appointments. This is my second time staying at one of Cory’s properties in Miami. They are always so modern, updated, and cozy. WITH THE BEST BEDS & COMFORTER SETS! He’s great about responding in a timely manner as well. I wish there was more of a view from the balcony or the bush trimmed. Yet, I appreciated the privacy! Will be back and would definitely recommend!!

Karl’s place was clean, spacious, located in a convenient neighborhood and had easy access to the building’s pool and gym. I would recommend for a large group. Karl met us as check-in and was very communicative throughout.

Great place and location

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B

This is our first time staying at the Fontainebleau and definitely not the last! The Tresor Tower Suite was everything we needed and the view on the balcony is breathtaking! You can see the ocean and the city at the same time! The sunsets were gorgeous! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. MAK Property was always available to answer my questions. We cannot wait to visit again!
