Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double and one queen sized bedroom, sofa bed and a delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills.
