A little piece of heaven in the peaceful forest, very quiet and so pleasant to rest. Lara and her dad are very friendly, and welcomed us warmly. The equipment of the accommodation is very complete, there is everything to cook, it was really useful! We had a great time, thank you so much 🙏🏽

Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

It was all WONDERFUL! We went in 10 people, and everyone felt extremely comfortable. The house is very cozy, spacious and when we arrived everything was clean, and we didn't have to worry about anything, because there was everything in it, from utensils to blankets and pillows. Gabriel was super attentive, he was in contact the whole time to know if everything was right, and he made it super easy to enter the condominium. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is very good, spacious. The garden is beautiful, the river in the background is wonderful. The sound of the rapids/waterfall is very relaxing. The rooms do not have air-conditioning and we did not get hot at night, but it was rainy. Access is by dirt road, and it was potholed because of the rain, but we chose a place in the middle of the woods, so we already expected it. Priscila was extremely attentive, flexible check-in, she attended to us promptly. This is a place to really rest, without luxury, in the middle of the woods.

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

We had a great stay! The site is very well located, you can do everything on foot — market, pharmacy, hamburgueria and other nearby trades. The place is cozy, clean and true to the photos of the listing. The host was amazing: super attentive, helpful and responded very quickly whenever we need it. We love the building, we take rainy days and the building has an indoor pool and other ways to have fun, Katia always attentive, gentle and very easy to deal with. It is not so close to the beach, but the path is quiet and pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Eduardo's apartment was exceptional. The accommodation faithfully matched the photos, and Eduardo was extremely attentive throughout the booking process. When we arrived, the apartment was impeccable, with a pleasant smell and very well organized. The beach access is super quiet, and the condominium offers all the necessary amenities and even more. The condominium employees were extremely kind and polite. Township Worth every penny and we absolutely intend to go back!

Our stay was wonderful!! The cabin is extremely beautiful and very well equipped, the view is exuberant, exactly as in the photos, privacy and tranquility marked our stay, the bed as well as the towels were super comfortable! We'll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The Cabana is the first house of the land, right next to the entrance gate. But since the house is facing the back, the sense of privacy is guaranteed. The structure of the house is excellent – it has everything, it is super cozy and very clean. Special highlight for bedding, which is a delight! The trails to the waterfalls are well signposted, and they still leave a map of the land in the room, as well as a very cute birdwatching guide! The service was also great. Lucas was super helpful and helped us whenever we need it. We'll definitely go back. A delight of place!

We live unique moments in the mountain cottage. Extremely clean and welcoming place! The view is beautiful! The hosts were also super attentive! Attention point is the access to the chalet: it is a very steep climb, with gravel that can make the car skid (depending on the vehicle). Mil note for decoration, cleaning, location and comfort. We'll be back for sure! ❤️❤️❤️

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.

Perfect place! 5 min drive to the house, but in the midst of nature and with a totally safe trail. The house is spectacular, with the most beautiful view we've ever had. A very well equiped kitchen. It has no towels and no sheets, only thick covered, as I have rhinitis, I thought I was going to curl,but I didn't feel anything. A night of flawless sleep, very pleasant time inside the room. Very good indications in our friend Junior. nearby supermarket. Very cute sunset. It really was a great stay. Already waiting for we return.
