Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Unique and charming beach cottage on the water's edge overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and the Little Belt. Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Separate apartment of 90 m2 on the lower floor with private entrance. From the terrace there are 180 degree water views over the Little Belt. Four sleeping places + 2 children on the ground. Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! saw a real cottage/summer house, where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there's good 4G connection). It is cozy when the stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach., as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you are fishing, you go out and catch plaice or other fish species.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Nice little cottage by the beach. Consisting of a room with kitchen, dining area and sofa/bed. In addition, small newly renovated bathroom with shower. Next door is a small annex for storage. Outside terrace with dining area and possibility of fire on the beach, which is located in direct extension of the terrace. If you like nature and water, this is the place.
