Our home is entirely at your disposal. The house is located in the village of Kwintsheul, centrally located between the cities of Delft, The Hague, Rotterdam and the Westland coast. By car, bicycle or public transport, you can visit the many attractions in the region, for example: Delft (center): bike - 30 minutes, car - 20 minutes. The Hague (city center) bike - 33 minutes, car - 22 minutes. Beach: bike - 20 minutes, car - 13 minutes. Rotterdam: car - 28 minutes.

Bij Florijn is an authentic B&B in the beautiful historic center of Delft. We started the B&B, named after our first son, to let everyone enjoy this beautiful city, as we do every day! There are numerous cafes and restaurants, many cultural discoveries and above all a fantastic historical atmosphere. The accommodation has its own entrance and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no breakfast included.

You stay right in the center of Delft in a fully wooden house with free parking. The house is created by screwing about 450 slices of wood together. All layers are visible and create a special rhythm and shade game. On the first floor is the living room/ kitchen, a town (private), and a bathroom. Upstairs is a workspace, bunk bed and a master bedroom. The living spaces are in an open connection with each other.

Welcome to my authentic house from 1850, located in the old center of Maasland. Close by: beautiful forests, meadows, hiking/biking routes, farm shops, petting zoo, playground and pancake house. In Maassluis there are many restaurants and shops. The supermarket is within 100 m walking distance. 25 min from Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague and the beach, with good public transport connections nearby.

We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
