House holiday rentals in Midsomer Norton

Just come back from a two night stay in the Haybarn. It was very relaxing and comfortable and warm. Pippa was very communicative and responded to questions very quickly. Check-in was extremely easy and the location directions very easy to find. There was everything you needed in the property with some little added extras ie milk tea coffee sugar shampoo and things like that. Having the pool right next door to the living room was amazing although heated it was still a tad cold but you can’t please everyone not a complaint but personal choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen of a high standard. You would need to drive to local shops for provisions as too far to walk.

Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Great place with parking, right in the middle of Bristol. Perfect for a city visit whilst still enjoying the peace and quiet of a park based setting. Lois was lovely, very helpful and responsive.

Had an amazing time at the home this weekend. The house was better than I anticipated. Plenty of room and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The bar and cinema were amazing for entertaining. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was available to answer my questions even late in the evening. I would highly recommend this booking and would love to stay again.

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

We had a brilliant stay for a Hen do - everything was as described. The accommodation was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities as described! Loved our stay would definitely recommend!

Lovely little Airbnb with everything we needed for our 1-night stay! We wanted somewhere close to The Wave for the night, and Jon’s place is only 10 minutes drive away so it was perfect. The Airbnb is modern and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Jon was super helpful and friendly in the run up to the stay, we didn’t need to ask any questions because they’d all been preempted and answered in advance! We’d love to come back in the future if we’re visiting again. Thanks guys!

We had a fabulous stay. We booked the house as my daughter was getting married on Clevedon Pier which was a 4 minute walk from the house. We also had family coming to stay with us from Scotland so the house and location was perfect. It was very well equipped with everything you would need. Pearl was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house.

This place is such a gem for families, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we felt right at home and we had absolutely everything we needed and more. Rachel was such a lovely host, always responsive and very accommodating! She provided us with recommendations and researched the local area to give us details of the closest place to charge the electric car. The amenities provided at Endeavour were brilliant, the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you could have needed and more and lots of staples left for us to use. There were lots of games which the children loved playing with (and the adults too!!) and provided hours of entertainment for them. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and it really felt like a home from home. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we will definitely be back!

About 20 minutes east walking into Bath central very comfortable bed And immaculate inside. We will definitely stay again when visiting Bath.

We have just had the most beautiful, early Christmas family get together. Six adults and four young teens under 16. The house was magical with the fabulous Christmas tree, and secret room. We lit the candelabra for our festive meal. The kitchen was massive and stocked with everything you could wish. Every romantic notion of Christmas was in this house. The children playing Carols on the piano while the adults cooked and imbibed wine while preparing a Christmas dinner. The afternoon and evening was spent playing board games and the phones only came on for a short time to make family videos. The only thing that would have improved the weekend would have been a smattering of snow! A dream Christmas and one I will always treasure. Frome with all it offers is but a short walk but we had everything we could wish for right where we were.

Location was fantastic right by pubs and restaurants. We went away as a group for a 40th birthday and went to the Italian next door as recommended by the hosts and it was fabulous. The house is simply stunning, beautifully maintained with subtle nods to the listed building era. I Would highly recommend as long as you don’t need a dinning room/living room to gather as a group. For us staying the one night and heading out for food a drinks it was ideal but if you like a living area this may not be ideal for you. The listing clearly states there is no living area due to listed building regulations and so for us we were aware and this was not an issue. The hosts were friendly and informative whilst giving space. They responded to queries very quickly and offered advice and support with the local area. Parking is plentiful outside the property however you may need to do a few loops to grab a space. We managed after a few minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

I booked this for work colleagues for a business trip 10th - 14th March, They said that they slept very comfortably and it was a great location. Roz was very responsive and replies quickly. We had a wonderful weekend in WSM with friends. Jenny's house was close to the town/sea front and was spotless and clean. Good communication and very responsive and flexible. There were good local restaurants and pubs close by. Very close to sea front which allowed us to have a number of walks along the promenade. A wonderful visit.

Beautiful cosy cottage, that was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, lovely log burner. Very thought out welcome manual that describes everything you need to know. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Would highly recommend this house! It was a great location for the city centre to walk or an Uber (as was very cheap). The house was gorgeous and the beds were so so comfy. Everything was perfect!

We have stayed in Bath 6 times over the last 3 years whilst our Daughter has been at Bath University. Without doubt, this is the nicest AirBnb we have rented, and for a party of 8 is great value. The period features of the property are outstanding whilst having so many modern touches that were appreciated. Clare was an amazing host, from her responsiveness through to a wonderful welcome hamper. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it & if we are staying with a group in Bath will check to see if this is available first! Thank you.
