There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Ania Apartment

The apartment is located in a very quiet, residential district of Jelenia Góra. The view from the windows is a garden and a mountain range. It is equipped with remote-controlled anti-burglary blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and all necessary tableware. Bathroom: large bathtub and washing machine. The bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa. The living room has a large sofa bed, a sofa and a bench. Internet speed 400/50Mb

It is an ideal place for people looking for peacefulness and wonderful views. The cottage is ideal for sweet lazing and as a starting point to explore upper regions of mountains, hiking up the hills.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Loft Point are three year-round fully equipped comfortable cottages with jacuzzi on the terraces designed for the most demanding customers. Each cottage has a jacuzzi exclusively on the terrace. Beautiful views of forests, meadows and mountains. Located on a large fenced plot, with private parking and monitoring for the safety of our Guests. Loft Point is a year-round holiday destination. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
