We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. We invite you to a unique apartment in a charming Sudeten cottage from the end of the 19th century, located directly on a mountain stream, 3 minutes from the center of Międzygórze. Our guests have a spacious room with a double bed and a kitchenette. In addition, a room with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom, fridge and Wi-Fi. Guests have access to a spacious garden, a fire pit and barbecue area, a descent to the stream, a parking space and a separate entrance.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-burning sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
