We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

An atmospheric apartment in a pre-war wooden house. For people looking for rest and peace, as well as for those who value a more active way of spending time. A great base for hiking in the mountains (Śnieżnik Massif) and further trips, e.g. to Lądek Zdrój, the Stołowe Mountains, and the Czech Republic. The apartment is located above a picturesque mountain stream in a resort with a hundred-year tradition, maintained in the unique style of Tyrolean wooden architecture. The apartment has a kitchen.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze.
