Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Located on the outskirts of Perugia, the apartment was obtained by restoring a typical Umbrian stone and brick house on the edge of a small private grove. Large living room, an "open space" with original terracotta and stone floors and arches, where the living area, lounge and kitchenette coexist in well-defined spaces. Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
