Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

It's easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. The bright and spacious cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of otters frolicking in the water. You can also see a beaver family at play in the nearby area. The separate sauna building also offers a beautiful view of the lake. Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.
