It is a ground utility with a living room ,kitchenette and bathroom with toilet,can also be enjoyed by the shed with the barbecue which is located in the courtyard of the house. It is in the immediate vicinity of the maira super market LiFe i restaurant life (20 m. from the studio) also there are Pharmacies,Casa na Izzy pei ,Trolley stops ,taxis . The studio has a sofa, a 200/160 bedroom, and is heated with underfloor heating.

Малка стая една спалня за двама ,кухня ,две бани и голяма трапезария.Капацитета на първият етаж е 7 места /човека/.На вторият етаж е разположено само едно общо спално помещение с до 5 места /човека/.Общият капацитет на къщата е 12 човека.
