nice cozy duplex near city center

Ideally located for exploring the city on foot, very close to the esplanade, 5 minutes from the train station, the arenas and the historic centre, in a very quiet area, close to restaurants, museums and shops. Our very bright, fully furnished accommodation, with vintage items in a bohemian style, is a duplex comprising a large kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with a double washbasin, and a separate toilet. The bedroom is upstairs with a Velux window and (NEW: a CEILING FAN in the bedroom)

A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with light-coloured bedding. A rich green wall serves as a backdrop, complemented by a decorative shelf and a comfortable chair. Natural light fills the room through a large window with curtains, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Magnolias - quiet - optional parking

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to shine in the city centre on a very pretty square. Monuments and shops 2 minutes' walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen utensils. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

The garden courtyard features lush greenery, colorful flowers, and a vine-covered staircase. A small black table with matching chairs is nestled among potted plants. The blue-framed doors add a charming touch to the tranquil outdoor space.

Be Gardois for a little while. In the heart of a cozy, pleasant and fully equipped apartment. Not far from the beautiful city center of Nîmes and its Roman monuments (10 min). Access to the A9 highway is 5 minutes away. At the gates of the Camargue 15 min, Montpellier 30 min as well as Pont du Gard. In this nice apartment, you will find everything you need, Wi-Fi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine…. You'll feel right at home.

Welcome to Aubais in the Gard. Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

A light-filled living area can be seen through an arched doorway. A tall vase filled with dried plants stands at the entrance, complementing the warm wooden flooring. Furniture includes a cozy sofa and a small table, with sunlight illuminating the space.
