If you are looking for a lovely break away right on the Cornish coast with fantastic ocean and coastal views, then look no further than our cosy studio apartment in the historic Fort Picklecombe on the beautiful Rame Peninsular, tucked away in the S/East corner of Cornwall. Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The Sail Loft is a converted self contained first floor apartment, which as the name suggests was once where sails were made for the boats built in the boat shed below. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
