Good, simple place to rest your head. AC works good in the room, kept you cool all night long. You’re in a local neighborhood, so don’t expect modern luxuries right out your door step. Great experience! A little over priced IMO, but I would recommend you stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed in the apartment for just over 6 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The view was amazing from the shared top floor area and decent from the room balcony but a bit to the side. The kitchen had the necessary facilities and while there were a lot of steps up and down involved getting to the main part of Sabang, it’s not an issue a few times a day if you have relative fitness and don’t mind a bit of a sweat. There’s also Starlink for wifi which was fantastic to get my work done. Would recommend!

Everything was better than we expected. Marj answered all our questions with such detailed accuracy. We thought that the location would become a setback; however, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was everything we hoped for that much needed relaxation and privacy. We loved everything about Astoria; especially the food! You may also test your cooking skills since there's a mini kitchenette in all rooms. We will definitely come back!

this place is absolutely perfect! the hosts are the nicest couple ever, the rooms are clean and beautiful, and there's a kitchen area with drinking water, a refrigerator, and cooking equipment so you can really make yourself at home. I hope to return someday. Altavas is a beautiful little place to visit and few people seem to experience it.

Our family of 5 stayed at Yumi Villas - a perfect oasis for us in Port Barton. The kids absolutely loved the stay, especially the private pool and outdoor chillout, kitchen and eating area (though still undercover). Exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable with amazing staff and groundskeepers that made us feel right at home. Reliable power and strong aircon. It rained a little while we were there but it never bothered us as the villa was so comfortable. Would definitely book again and recommend for family stay. P.S- book the exclusive boat tour with them. You won’t regret it - a highlight of our trip to the Philippines and honestly, the best boat in Port Barton!
