Takasegawa Shichijo Kyoto Machiya is a residence with 115-year-old Kyoto machiya as a full novation. The Kyoto machiya, which shapes the beautiful scenery of Kyoto, has been restructured into a highly airtight and insulated building so that you can spend comfortably in the steamy summer and cold winter that is unique to Kyoto, leaving the structure of the time. From the Japanese-style room on the first floor, you can see the tsubo garden with the imagery of the "open space" (* garden leading to the tea room). In addition, we have prepared a sofa so that you can look at the tsubo garden while relaxing relaxing in the hallway. At night, you can spend healing time while looking at the lit-up tsubo garden. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, with two single beds and one double bed. TABITABI KANOE MITSU

Tabitabi Kanoe Mitsu is a fully renovated, over 100-year-old Kyomachi house, located right next to Rokubo-Ritsu-Ji Temple, and is limited to one group per day. Looking from the entrance, you can see the garden spreading beyond the Yukimi Shoji sliding screen. It features a large palm tree. When you open the window from the living room, the semi-open-air bath directly connected to the garden invites guests to the best healing experience regardless of the season. The bathtub is made of Shigaraki-yaki, produced in a kiln in Shiga Prefecture. The far infrared effect warms the body to the core and makes it difficult for the bath to cool down. Why not relax from the daily grind while enjoying a drink and taking in the beautiful Japanese garden? The Japanese-style room on the second floor features a shoji screen with a Mondrian-style design. The bedroom headboard is designed to resemble the Tateyama mountain range. Please forget the daily hustle and relax.

Kyoto Seifu-an is a stylish and traditional Kyomachi-style inn that is clean and has modern facilities

Kyoto Seifuan is a traditional Kyoto townhouse inn, located a little way down an alley from the bank of the Shirakawa river in Higashiyama Sanjo, and is rented out as a whole. Also, the alley in front is very quiet, with almost no traffic, so you can spend plenty of time relaxing. Kyoto Seifuan is a 4-minute walk from Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Line, and is convenient for transportation and shopping, and you can also walk to nearby temples, Heian Jingu, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Gion. It is a private space with a whole house rental, but in case of emergency, you can contact the staff 24 hours a day by mobile phone and email, so you can rest assured. Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka.
