Holiday rentals with beach access in Minamiizu, Kamo District

Great location very close to the train station. The instructions for check-in were clear, and the view was amazing. The room was 5 stories up, but we were aware of that when we booked. The only downsides were that it was noisy with the cars on the street below. The host was friendly and communicative. He was well organized with the check-in information and gave lots of local recommendations. He also was fairly quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking to stay and explore Ito!

I stayed here for two nights while I was backpacking, and Ikko was super responsive and kind, the apartment is in a nice location in Ito and is packed to the brim with anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfortable place with an amazing location. Also came with a complimentary ticket for the hot spring near the place. Host was very accommodating and kind.

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

大人8人、子ども2人、3家族で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋も清潔で、寒い日の宿泊でしたが、部屋全体が暖かく、快適に過ごせました。海、駅、コンビニ、マック、温泉も徒歩圏内で、アクセスも良く、近くに美味しいケーキ屋さんもありました。初めての利用でしたが、とてもご丁寧にご連絡いただくなど、とても良い旅行の思い出が出来ました。

Tolle, ruhige, moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer! Man hat alles vor Ort was man brauchen kann und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top! Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Shopping erhalten. Schade, dass wir nur so kurz bleiben konnten! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

一次令人兴奋的住宿体验。Tomomi非常热情，提前和我们打招呼详细沟通。她还赠送我们小礼物，提供游玩伊豆的攻略。房间非常宽敞舒适。二楼卧室的窗户可以看到海上日出。很不幸，虽然下雨，但我可以想象到在这边看到日出会有多么美妙。感谢这次美好的相遇。

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsuko’s house, and the view on the sea was amazing! The house is comfortable to stay for longer periods, with more than enough cooking utensils, cutlery and plates and cups for cooking. Definitely visit the local hotspring, and Manyo park in Yugawara for a relaxed day out. There are also some local busses for commuting to the nearest supermarkets.

A beautifully designed comfortable stay in Shimoda. The house was better than the photos, plenty of space for our family with everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Would stay again!

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Herr Keita ist sehr freudlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war an einer etwas anderen Stelle, als in Maps angezeigt. Er hat mich gesehen, begrüßt und mich im Regen mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren (es wären weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß gewesen). Herr Keita hatte viele Vorschläge für die Gegend und sich immer wieder aktiv erkundigt, ob ich Fragen habe und Hilfe gebrauchen kann. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Ausstattung. Es war toll eine Küche und einen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung zu haben. Für mich hatte das Bett etwas wenig Polster, dass ist meines Wissens aber üblich in Japan. In laufnähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Konbinis zum Einkaufen . Es gibt einen 24h Supermarkt mit 24h Wäscherei, auch gut zum Laufen. Es gibt Fahrräder, mit denen man die Strände in der Nähe erkunden kann. Shimoda ist ein wundervoller, erholsamer Ort. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

まさに非日常でした。次は連泊しようと思います。
