This guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river running right next to it, so you can enjoy nature during your stay. There is a cafe with a hedgehog motif on the ground floor, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can also take a bus from the bus stop, a 4-minute walk from the guest house, to JR and Hankyu stations, making transportation convenient. There are also delicious bakeries and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk away for you to enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, separate toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays. The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. We give guests a welcome drink that can be used at the cafe on the ground floor! There are many popular spots nearby, such as Expo Memorial Park, Expo City, and Panasonic Stadium Suita. There is also a convenience store and supermarket nearby, making it a convenient location. Restaurants are also within walking distance, making them easily accessible. ⚠️ Information ⚠️ Redevelopment work is currently underway in the area in front of JR Senrioka Station, and construction is expected to continue near the facility until 2027. In addition, night construction will be carried out intermittently from November 4 (Tue), 2025 to around June 2026. During this period, noise will occur day and night. **You need to climb very steep stairs, so I don't recommend this room to people who have big suitcases! This apartment is located in my hometown which is safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka. It's easy to access lots of popular and famous places! It takes only 1 - 2 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Check In : 3:00pm Check Out : 10:00am
