The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

El lugar es muy espacioso y lindo, la Ubicación es muy buena ya que al ser una zona tranquila no hay bulla como en otros lugares más céntricos, asimismo el anfitrión fue muy amable y tuvimos una buena comunicación

El depto esta muy bien preparado y tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Lo único que en frente hay una obra ruidosa y por momentos hay mucho ruido, pero es algo temporal y ya van a terminar. Pero definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en el departamento.

Muy buena atención del anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de resolver cualquier consulta. Un inmueble limpio y ordenado y ubicado en una excelente zona.

Toda mi estadía fue Excelente! Juan es un anfitrión Super atento y pro activo, el departamento está muy bien organizado y limpio. La ubicación es buena; tiene bastantes tiendas comerciales cercas.

Wonderful, small studio apartment in a great part of the ocean neighborhood of Barranco. Lots of coffee and restaurants close by and in easy walking distance. Felt safe. Beach was a 20 minute walk. Easy to grab Ubers with short wait times.

I came back to stay with Rosa and Cesar again and despite only staying two nights prior, already I felt so welcomed at their home and celebrated upon my return. Their kindness and warmth is unmatched. As a solo female traveler, it goes such a long way to have that cozy sense of feeling at home with family. They even got to meet my family via FaceTime which felt special and helped my family back home feel at ease. Rosa and I had some fun adventures of our own and Cesar joined us for part of that as well. The value of the stay is incredible, especially with the home cooked meals for a fair price too. Despite being a light sleeper, ear plugs do the trick and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rosa and Cesar feel like family and I look forward to staying in touch. Thank you for being so wonderful! 🤍

Excelente lugar, tranquilo, con un hermoso parque muy cerca. Lourdes es una excelente anfitriona, con un ambiente de hogar maravilloso.

I want to recognize the great service was done by Mr. Wilmam, Vasili and Piero. Always they were ready to help you with any question. The owner Mr. Jorge definitely a gentleman who you can talk anytime. Thank you to all, the 17 days we stayed in that place was a fantastic experience.

Cecilia was a great host. She is very responsive, caring and accommodating. I especially appreciated her kind interest in making everyone comfortable including the little ones in our group. We loved her apartment and how well equipped it is. The location was great too!

Tuvimos una excelente comunicación con Patricia, estuvo atenta a nuestros requerimientos y flexible con nuestro horario de ingreso, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Fuimos 6 personas, las que nos hospedamos en su apartamento y nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento es grande y tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Recomendado!

I stayed for 5 weeks and had the best time. As I work remotely the internet was a must have and it didn't let me down. The kitchen and utensils were great to make everything I needed. The space of the house is fantastic, the bed comfortable and the smart TV helps relax after a long day. A couple of things that aren't great is that the towels don't dry well, but that's because Lima is very humid, but building has a laundry that helps a lot and the noise from the avenues is loud if you leave the doors and windows open, I used earplugs to sleep and had no issue. Viviana was a great host, received me on my arrival and explained everything. I recommend it!
