Condado is an urban residence and tourism area in the largest, and capital, city of San Juan. The apartment has wi-fi internet, and a secure dedicated parking spot in an underground garage. Capacity 2 guests only.

This modern, open concept 500 sq-ft studio apartment is on the 15th floor and was remodeled and renovated in the summer of 2019. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Condado is one of San Juan's high-end areas packed with tourists, so people are on the street 24/7. This listing is next to Old San Juan, Escambrón Beach, and many other prime attractions! The building has a backup generator and water cistern in case of power and/or water outages. The unit is for two guests, and having more guests is prohibited. Additional guests who stay against the rules pay $50 per night.
