Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

Our holiday home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented out for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas barbecue, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, stag/hen dos or similar events are not permitted here.

Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Just relax and unwind in this quiet, stylish place. In the over 150-year-old brick house you can spend the holiday time very well. So we offer two bedrooms, a living room plus a kitchen. All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, modern accommodation just 150 metres from the bathing spot on the Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, and the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. The Black Lake is only allowed with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away. 2 SUPs can be booked for €15/day each.

On the first floor, a spacious living area invites you to read and chat by the fireplace. The dining table can accommodate board games and game nights. A wood-burning stove on the first floor heats the whole house in winter, while large terraces entice you outside in summer! A lockable bicycle garage is available.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 metres from the bathing area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people over two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. There is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher's shop near the house, as well as a canoe rental service.
