1 Bedroom Apartment

Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

This recently remodeled home has every essential amenity to provide a cozy, temporary stay while visiting the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. The 2 Bedroom 1 bath home is small but cozy with exceptional views of Saddle Rock. Mission Ridge is a 15 minute drive up the hill. Located just two blocks outside city limits, within walking distance to grocery stores and other businesses. The house has a passcode to enter the front door. When leaving the property please ensure the door is locked.

The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

1,100 sq ft home. Quiet setting at our working winery. Spectacular views of the Cascade Mt's and Columbia Valley. Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge concerts(40 mi), skiing/snowboarding (19 mi), hiking, golfing, with quick access to Leavenworth, Wenatchee & Chelan. New Construction custom home in the desirable neighborhood just minutes away from Mission Ridge Ski area yet only 15 minutes from Wenatchee. This listing is for DAYLIGHT BASEMENT of the home which has a private entry and parking for 2 cars. Laundry, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop(no stove). There is a patio with a BBQ. We live as a family on the upper level of the home so there may be noise. We do have a Goldendoodle Otis which you may see outside.
