This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The building is very secure and there is even a cute little story right outside the front entrance that sells delicious snacks.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay we will rent this Airbnb property again very soon.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the Bowl of San Clemente, within less than 10 minute walk to the pier and great Bear Coast coffee in the mornings and 2 blocks from Avenida Del Mar with cute shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the place was the deck -- 2nd floor, facing the ocean. We spent more time out on the deck than inside. Perfect to read, work, eat. Manny was a great host and we plan on returning next year!

What a great place!! Location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, grocery store and activities. . Space is beautiful. I love it!! I will definitely return.

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

The guidance Lia gave was clear, the location of the house was good to find, we were coming by car, Lia arranged for Alex to give us the parking card downstairs, with the parking card to drive the car into the parking building.The room is as pictured, the view of Los Angeles is fantastic, the room is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook your own meals, our whole family had a pleasant and unforgettable two days here. Had a great, easy stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jan & Dale added lovely extra touches with snacks and breakfast items and were very responsive to our questions. I'd definitely rent here again!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

This home is one of my favorites! It is stunning, huge but feels like you are right at home, very very clean, great location and amenities to use. Overall my friends and I had an amazing stay here. 100% recommend.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.
