Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, lrg bathroom w/ tub + organic toiletries, ondemand water heater w/ heated floors in bath and mini splits throughout. The Cooper House is the ground floor unit in a designer-built dwelling completed in 2016. An urban oasis with a private zen-inspired courtyard. The Cooper House is located in the historic Westside of Missoula. The property is 2 miles from the heart of downtown Missoula and just a few minutes walk/bike to the Clark Fork river greenbelt corridor and trail system. There are multiple restaurants, breweries, and a cidery all within walking distance in this eclectic and diverse neighborhood.
