Secluded Garden Cottage

Welcome to our studio style garden home located in the historic riverfront district. Stained glass windows, hardwood floor, vaulted ceiling and skylight make for a spacious feel to our quiet and secluded cottage. Nicely furnished with antiques and original and local art. You do not need a car and the kids are welcome. Surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, you are still within walking distance of bakeries, boutiques, eateries, and cafes. Downtown concerts, farmers markets, a great library, and a grocery store are all within a stone's throw. In a few minutes walk, you will find miles of river and bike trails to watch osprey, eagles, beaver and great blue heron. Or you can rent a kayak and play in Brennan's wave. Fly fishing and a lap pool and swim park are another 5 minute walk through a pleasing neighborhood. Over the Clark Fork River and another few blocks will take you to St Pats Hospital. Our spectacular local ski resort is just a 25 minute drive. World class cross country skiing, fly fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking and river rafting and kayaking are within a 45 minute drive. Sorry, we Do Not allow pets, we have several regular customers who have allergies and stay with us for this reason. Off street parking is available.

Missoula Cottage

This cottage is cozy, sleeps 4, and has lots of natural light. The rooms are separate from the main house with comfortable Simmons Plush-top mattresses including 1 queen bed and 2 single beds in a separate common room with a kitchen counter and sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hotplate, and microwave. Within walking distance of a locally owned grocery store and the bike path - you will love the feel and location. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertop and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation! Sleeps 4 with a new KING bed and sofa sleeper. We upgraded the mattress and upgraded a foam topper, it still might suite kids or 1 adult better regarding. Enjoy coffee while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55” flat screen!
