Peaceful Boutique Cottage Top of Main St. Historic & Modern.

Open the door of this urban cottage and enter a modern, artful & quiet space. Curl up on the leather sofa or nestle into the massage chair in front of the fireplace after a fun day exploring the trails & many fun things to do in Park City. Unique ceilings are found throughout, along with other retro touches. Rooms are designed for comfort & relaxation, with cushions galore, a library of books & very high speed internet (800/40+). Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or walk just a couple minutes down Main Street to one of the many award-winning restaurants of Park City's Historic District. "The 24 Daly Home" is a thoughtfully renovated 1100 square foot historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street. Beautiful old miner's home remodeled with all new mechanical systems and decorated in a calm, modern style, while retaining the original structure & certain elements to highlight the historical aspects of this piece of Park City's once-thriving mining community Some reviews from travelers that have stayed at the home: "Wow! That is all I can say. Talk about comfort, luxury and relaxation. A perfect place to crash after mountain recreation or Main Street entertainment. Unbelievable hospitality and the nicest decor I could imagine. I did NOT want to leave!" "This house is a little treasure in the heart of Park City - quite a find! It's an easy stroll from the restaurants on Main Street, or you can catch the trolley which stops right outside the front door. No need to fight for parking! The house itself is very cozy yet classy. The owners didn't miss a touch, from the fluffy white robes in the antique closets to the jacuzzi nestled in the back. We loved our stay there and highly recommend it." "We stayed at 24 Daly in Park City and absolutely loved it! It is perfect all the way around - location, accommodations and terrific owners. We can't wait to go back!" "The owners have thought of everything in designing and furnishing this home for visitors. From the wonderful hot tub, massage chair, sandals, robes, completely furnished kitchen, cozy bedrooms, unbelievable bedding - the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on, everything about it was great. " "It's super convenient to Main St. shopping and restaurants -- walking distance from everything on Historic Main St. It's right at the top of Main St. and across from the Trolley, so very easy to get around and a quick trolley ride to the transit station and then a few minutes to Deer Valley by bus or car. Beautifully appointed home, with attention to details. Plus, we loved the hot tub in the back yard. Private and wonderful after a long day of skiing. The owners are a pleasure to work with and super responsive, although we didn't need a thing. Everything was perfect!" "We loved every minute of our stay. The host has created a perfect home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds comfortable and cozy with lovely soft sheets. The amenities are so great. Not one detail missed. Do not miss this wonderful gem. Enjoy." "The home has a hot tub and a massage chair. At first I thought the massage chair might have been too much, but it was necessary if you spend a full day on the ski slopes. I can't imagine living without that combo now after skiing." "We loved the proximity to town - just a short walk down the hill and a relatively easy walk back up. Each morning we shouldered our skis and walked up towards the mountain 3 blocks to step right onto the ski trails. For those who would rather ride down to the Town LIft, the trolley stops just steps outside the door starting at 10. We were up and down the hill several times a day enjoying the many restaurants and shops in Historic Park City. Mary Beth and Mark are great hosts. We can't wait to return." We will be happy to try to meet you at the home, or we can offer you as much privacy as you like. Your choice! The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. Riverside Grouse Creek Inn

Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.
