Once home to iconic Mayor Konstantinos Doukas, it hosted political and cultural figures. Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

Our house is in the center, 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our house, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Suitable for pets. The garden is all yours. There are sitting areas where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evenings. In the garden, you can make a fire in the brazier in the winter months. In the winter months, it is comfortably heated with the underfloor heating system.

Paleo Tsagariko is located in the center of Petra, in the traditional settlement, between the old mansions and the blooming gardens, opposite the picturesque church of Agioi Apostoloi, very close to the central square, 300 meters from the beach.
