In a historical setting, you can expect the most modern comfort on two levels in the best location in Bad Oeynhausen (Kurpark, GOP and Balitherme within walking distance). On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 box spring beds for restful sleep. On the ground floor, you can chill out in comfortable cinema chairs in front of the 40-inch smart TV. A special highlight is the fully equipped open-plan stainless steel kitchen with a cooking island.

Bad Oeynhausen is located on the southern slope of the Wiehen Hills. The apartment is in the northern area - in Eidinghausen. Shopping, savings bank, pharmacy, medical practices and restaurant are within walking distance. By bus (10-20 minutes) or by car (5-10 minutes) you can reach the city center, as well as the spa park, Bali spa, HDZ, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and the train station. Other excursion destinations in the region, such as the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument, can also be reached in a short time.

We offer 4 fixed sleeping places, a double bed (2 × 2 m), another double bed (1.8 × m) and a single bed (sofa bed), as well as a single mattress, which can be used if necessary.
