A house designed and built to live the most vibrant, relaxing and sensorial experience surrounded by nature ; with a 180 degree view of El Sunzal Beach in Surfcity, El Salvador, one of the most recognized beaches by surfers and tourists from all over the world. The house is completely new and located in a private residential area. The minimalist architecture and boho style allows you to visit each space of it and realize how nature is integrated into the construction. The internet is 20 Mbps.

Mangomar in a large house of approximately half an acre (1.2 Acre apx) in front of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Sihuapilapa beach (Not so well known, a little secret that our lovely guests want to keep). A large pool, all rooms with AC, WIFI, 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms (2 private and 2 shared), a urinal, beach bar, ping pong, swings and playground for kids, full kitchen, safebox, Argentinean bbq, massage and crib upon request and a safe beach. We also have eco-friendly solar panels.

@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Your hammock in the shade, or a sun-denched poolside lounge chair awaits. NO SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A MINIMUM RESERVATION OF TWO NIGHTS IS REQUIRED.

It has direct access to the private beach.
