Beach getaway right on the beach, with great surfing, restaurants and great beach bars (and only 45 minutes from San Salvador). It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio and gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator + stove 2021. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024!

Newly renovated beachfront house located in Playa el Amatal. This is a beautiful, private beach. Safe, quiet gated complex. Only 25 minutes away from Surf City and 30 minutes away from the airport. Beautiful beach House, airport 10 min away, big property ocean front with different areas to enjoy the main house with kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining room, big Romantic master bedroom with its own bathroom. It has a 2 story ranch with ocean views. It also has a beautiful separate bungalow suite. Amatecampo is a private very safe beach in El salvador, 40 min from San Salvador. San Luis talpa a town you go trough to Amatecampo there you can find supermarket and places to eat.
