Fishing from land in Kilstraumen, diving, kayaking, swimming are activities that are a good fit here. Boat rental is available upon agreement. Hiking trail of about 3 km in the forest/paths starts nearby, and at the barn there are opportunities for play and ball games. Crab cooker and fire pit are available for preparing the day's catch. For an additional NOK 200 per day, there is 1 extra bedroom with a double bed on the second floor, (note, unfurnished loft). There is all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, microwave oven etc. Has a fireplace, and wood is set up. There are nice hiking areas, fishing opportunities, a few minutes drive to the nearest shop, short distance to Mongstad industrial area.
