The living room is connected to a spacious kitchen with a generous view of the panorama of Malá Skála and its surroundings. The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (or two beds next to each other, which can be moved and separated if necessary) and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one single bed. POPIELATO is a year-round, small house (35 m2), for 2 - 4 people, located on the edge of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. There's an amazing panorama of the Sudeten from here. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-fired), which you can enter directly from the large terrace. The cottage is located on a fenced-in plot (1,000 m2), which is perfect for pets.

Původní chata byla ve stavu, kdy jsme se rozhodovali "zbourat či zachovat"? Nakonec vyhrála náročnější varianta - zachovat chatu, její rysy a charakter a přizpůsobit k rodinnému užívání.Nedokonalosti se nám totiž líbí a dělá to chatu zcela odlišnou od novostaveb. Útulné místo na spaní pod střechou si zamilují hlavně děti, prosklenou verandu naopak dospělí.

Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.
