One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

The apartment is suitable for many types of guests: couples who want a quiet weekend getaway, families or people on business trips in the area. The flat has its own entrance, is bright, and was newly refurbished a few years ago. Guests have their own lawn for their exclusive use. Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just a few minutes from Moa shopping centre, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. Ålesund town centre approx. 10 minutes away by car. Although the public transport offer is good, we recommend a car.

Here you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. If you are extra lucky, you can also experience the northern lights dancing across the sky. In other words; enjoy!

Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge. Toys, books and tv-streaming is available.

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)
