Quiet apartment 2+kk Rosice

Our apartment is in a new building of a small apartment building. There's everything you need, except the TV. Beds 2.20 m are usually together, but on request we will put them separately - see photo. There are nets, blinds and black-out curtains in the windows. Air conditioning. The house has its own parking space. We don't have a place to store a stroller or equipment for small children. Just an Ikea dining chair. It is forbidden to: party and noisy activities, smoking even on the balcony, bringing other people. It is a space for guests who are looking for a place to work or relax.

We offer to rent a spacious house that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There is also a cot and a mattress. Guests have the entire house to themselves. On the ground floor there is a living room with air conditioning, a dining room, an equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a contact grill, a coffee machine. There are four bedrooms in the attic, one with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The house is partially basement. Parking is available at the house or in the garage. The backyard has an indoor pool and a covered patio with a seating area.

I offer the middle floor of a large family house. There is a large private room with a double bed and a travel cot if required. From this room you can go out onto the balcony overlooking the garden. There are toys and a changing table in the room. There is also a private kitchen with a table and chairs and a sofa bed (double bed). There is for you a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The hallway, garden, washing machine and tumble dryer are shared. Everything is suitable for children.

Želešice is a village in the south of Brno. There is excellent accessibility to the center of Brno and the whole of South Moravia . Nearby is Olympia shopping center, Aquapark Aqaland , Wake Merkur. This is a new wooden building. Inside there is a living kitchen with an electric cooker and an oven. The sofa is a sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower. The bedroom is with two single beds. Parking is possible 100 meters from the cabin in front of the garage of the family house.

Very simple but cozy, suitable for two people. 4th floor from 4th without elevator. Fully furnished to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and anything else that might stay at home:-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged upon request (this service is already included in the accommodation price).
