Forget the worries, enjoy long lovely days in this lovely cottage by beautiful Tyrifjorden. Here you are vacationing both rural and central at the same time. Oslo is 40 minutes away, the fjord is on the plot, the golf course is 5 minutes away and not to mention Krokskogen with beautiful ski slopes, hiking and biking trails! The cabin is newly rehabilitated and is a great custom to come back to after active days out. No running water! Drinking water comes in canisters (arranged by the host), water for washing is in the faucet on the veranda. Combustion toilet.

A great choice for those who want peace, simplicity and a little break from everyday life - but at the same time want the most important facilities available.

Possibility of swimming and fishing in Tyrifjorden Especially suitable for family with kids. Many interesting sights can be reached with an hour's drive : Modum's blue color scheme with the Cobalt Mines, Vikersundbakken, Kongsberg with the Silver Mines, museums. There is a golf course in Sylling (Holstmark - about 14km ) About 70 km to Oslo - 1 hour drive.

With us you can enjoy the large garden, feed the fish in the fishing pond, make real Italian pizza and swim in the hot tub. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room and two TV rooms, tiled oven, bathroom with balcony. Short distance to great nature, skiing, ice skating, ski resort, swimming area, shops. DeCa is an hour from Oslo, 50 minutes to Norefjell.

Cabin without electricity and running running/draining. Take a trip to Svingom at Holleia. Here you will have a cozy cabin with simple standard! In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the boom, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in the forest water around. Holleia offers amazing trips for anyone who wants to go short and far. Skiing right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are welcome!

Drinking water is arranged by host. Road fee NOK 100 Bed linen and towels are not included. Recommend going up before dark. Remember the headlamp.

The mines is now a museum that can be visited during summer. Approximately 40 min drive to Drammen and 75 min to Oslo.

With only 100 meters to Tyrifjordhotell, with a lovely restaurant with both ala carte and buffet. 20 minutes' walk to the center of Vikersund. 800 meters to the shuttle bus to the ski flying slope and Raw air. Homeowner has dogs playing in the garden. It is therefore important that the tenant likes dogs.
