Quinta Pedro & Inês is a very special nook: a farm with all the amenities a family may want: private pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space, fruit trees, hammocks and loungers and lots of fresh air, silence and space for contemplation. The house is very well equipped and the children's room is a place of fun with lots of games and books and a kind of mezzanine where you can get lost in play safely. It's been a magical couple of days and we'll certainly be back!

For those who want peace, quiet and a few days away from the hustle and bustle, this is the ideal place! With a privileged view over the Douro, barbecue and a pool that reached 29º, what more could we ask for? The house was clean, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked smoothly and they left us some treats (more than was even needed) for our breakfast. Thank you! The host was super accessible, friendly and concerned and took us on his boat for a ride on our beautiful Douro River. I highly recommend it!

I have never seen anywhere so beautiful, even in films! The listing cannot capture in just a few photos. It’s a bit tricky to find; worth noting that there are two towns in Portugal called Murça, and some very steep cobbled streets, hard going on a heavily laden motorcycle, but so worth it! Annabella and her team have done an incredible job in creating the most tranquil and rejuvenating accommodation nestled amongst unbeatable natural beauty. Cannot wait to return. We are delighted with this choice, it was a night but it allowed us a few more hours to enjoy the place, its pool, barbecue… the host was very friendly, attentive and always with his best disposition. Highly recommended

Excellent stay in Portuguese village with lovely neighbors. Very old Portuguese house but with that traditional and homey cariz. Their lovely hosts, waited for us until our late arrival with rich desserts, bread, homemade oil ( very rich), fruit, sausages.....all with a nice bouquet of flowers. Very clean and cared for beds. Upstairs full bathroom and downstairs small toilet. Very well stocked kitchen with numerous utensils. Free WiFi. In short, small but very cozy casita, close to numerous tourist attractions. Absolute silence for a unique rest. Beware of access roads, narrow and curved.

David is a very welcoming and helpful host. The place is super nice, clean and has everything we needed (especially jacuzzi). We could try delicious honey and olive oil which are David’s production. Totally recommend!

Mario has been an excellent host and has made us very useful recommendations for both plans to do in the area and places to eat. The house has pleasantly surprised me, it is simple but nothing is missing and exceeded my expectations. It retains the essence of when it was built in the 60s and that gives it a lot of charm. It also has an outdoor terrace where you can relax enjoying the views and the tranquility of the area. I would definitely stay here again.
